July 17th – Medina..38th Annual Art in the Park Fine Art Show.  Free admission and parking. You’ll find over 130 exhibitors. This is a good example of what art fairs used to be.  Held rain or shine.

July 23rd & 24th – Akron Arts Expo 2011 at Hardesty Park, 1615 W. Market Street. The Akron Arts Expo is a nationally recognized juried fine arts & crafts show with over 160 artists, ribbon and cash awards, great food, an interactive children’s area, and entertainment for the entire family.

July 27th – Urban Art-Reception, Upper Arlington Concourse Gallery. Info @ www.uaoh.net.  An exploration of urban street and graffiti art.

July 31st – Toledo-Centennial Mall on the University of Toledo campus. Sponsored by the University of Toledo Alumni.

August 6th – Lakewood Arts Festival @ Detroit Avenue.  Lakewood is a western suburb of Cleveland full of old homes and great neighborhoods. We’re sure that you’ll enjoy this one.

August 11th-14th – Cumberland, ME..42nd Annual Cumberland Arts & Crafts Show, Cumberland Fairgrounds, 169 Blanchard Rd.  Take the opportunity to talk with the artists in their booth and find lovely gifts inspired by Maine’s natural environment.

August 12th-14th – Great Barrington, MA..Berkshires Crafts Fair, Monument Mountain Regional High School.

August 12th-14th – 44th Annual Salt Fork Arts & Crafts Festival, Cambridge City Park, near downtown. The Salt Fork Arts and Crafts Festival is one of the oldest in the state of Ohio founded by visionaries who wanted to bring the arts to a small rural community.

August 19th-21st – Chatham, MA…Festival of the Arts  at Chase Park on Cape Cod.

August 20th – Painsville’s Art in the Park-Veteran’s Park, 7 Richmond Street.

August 20th-21st – Levis Commons Art Fair-Town Center at Levis Commons. This event is brought to you by the Michigan Guild of Artists, one of the organizers of the fabulous Ann Arbor Art Fairs. For more info: www.theguild.org/art_fair_perrysburg.

September 10th – Westbrook, ME..10th Annual Fall Festival of Arts & Crafts-Smiling Hill Farm, 781 County Rd. Discover Real Maine Artisans at United Maine Craftsmen’s Fall Festival of Arts and Crafts.

September 16th-18th – Thornwoods Backwoods Fest..Art, craft, food and music festival.

September 17th – 7th Annual Wooster Arts Jazz Fest, Downtown Wooster..For more info:  www.woosterartsjazzfest.org.

September 17th-18th – Arts in the Alley, Downtown Grove City. An outdoor art and music festival sponsored by the Grove City Chamber of Commerce.

September 17th-18th – Deerfield, MA…Fall Craft Fair, Outdoors in the village of Old Deerfield.

September 23rd-25th – Oktoberfest, Dayton Art Institute, 456 Belmonte Park North. A fun festival with indoor and outdoor entertainment, live music, skilled artisans selling their beautiful works, children’s activities, and excellent food and drinks.

September 30th-October 2nd – 6th Annual Riverfront Art Festival. Genoa Park & Riverfront Ampitheater, 303 West Broad Street along the west bank of the Scioto Mile in Downtown Columbus. For more info: www.riverfrontartfestival.com.
